I'll be forthright: this was supposed to be last night's dinner, and it would have paired beautifully with a glass of wine. But after an evening walk I was so tired that I came home and completely crashed without eating. So now I'm having it for breakfast, and it goes surprisingly well with coffee, too. GM 😘

Thankfully, today's a different story. The wind shifted overnight, and the air feels fresh. Almost pristine compared to yesterday. I'm suddenly reminded how much we take clean air for granted until it's gone...

I'd say serendipity looks like chance, but it rarely feels random. Looking back at the most astonishing surprises in my life, I can't help feeling there's a path of some sort. As long as you stay on it, unexplained little miracles seem to happen. The moment you drift away, they become a lot rarer. And I'm completely with you on the growth part. Keep learning and growing, because it gives those happy accidents more opportunities to find you 💫

I had a dream where I got 16/15 for yesterday's word (well, almost ). That's when you know you've been playing this game a little too much 😂 It actually made me think about how life works sometimes: diligence often gets rewarded more generously than you expect. I've experienced that more than once, and it seems to happen most often when no expectations are attached.

We have a staff party at our language center tomorrow, and somehow I've ended up planning the entertainment for everyone (again). Thanks to my perfectionist tendencies, what started as a small favor has snowballed into an event-planning quagmire. Guess how I spent last night and how I'll be spending today? 😂 🤪

After missing three days and three words, getting back into the groove turned out to be a bit of a conundrum. It's funny how even something as enjoyable as this still requires discipline, though I mostly think of it as a learning game. Anyway, I'm back, guys!
